Ryan Rabatin is an accomplished executive with over 24 years of experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Partner at Dayboard Yacht Solutions, a full-service yacht management firm, where he brings a wealth of expertise in operations and fleet management.
Before joining Dayboard, Ryan held the position of Chief Operations Officer at a prominent yacht management firm in South Florida, where he also acted as Designated Person Ashore (DPA) for the fleet. His decade-long tenure at the Marshall Islands Registry saw him rise through various management roles, culminating as Managing Director of the Fort Lauderdale Office, where he played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the yacht registry.
Ryan holds an undergraduate degree in International Business Management and a Master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy. This strong academic foundation has equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of the maritime industry and drive strategic initiatives.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Ryan is passionate about philanthropy. He is a founding member of Young Professionals in Yachting, where he served as Vice President for multiple years. He also contributed as a board member of AMIKids, Fort Lauderdale, focusing on fundraising and program expansion initiatives. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Superyacht Northwest, based in Seattle, where he spearheads efforts to promote the Pacific Northwest as a premier yachting destination.
Outside of his professional life, Ryan is a devoted husband to an amazing wife and a proud father of two young daughters. He actively participates in his community as a volunteer youth soccer coach, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship while inspiring the next generation. His commitment to both his family and community reflects his belief in the importance of nurturing future leaders.
